Hagartsin

Haghartsin is a 13^th century monastery located near town of Dilizhan in Tavush Province of Armenia. It’s construction was started in 10 c. by Khachatur of Taron and completed in 13^th c. by the Bagratuni Dynasti.
The name of the monastery is translated from Armenian language as soaring eagle («Hagh» means soaring «artsin» means eagle).
